PeakScope was created out of a simple frustration: too many talented young people work incredibly hard without ever being shown what is possible for their future.
They study, they show up, they try — but they don't always know what they're working toward. They've never been inside the kinds of companies they hear about. They don't always know anyone in the careers they wonder about. And so the future stays a little blurry, even for the most driven students.
We started PeakScope to help bring that future into focus.

We believe a student shouldn't have to already know someone in a field to believe they belong there.
We believe one conversation, one office visit, one honest hour with someone doing the work — that can be enough to change the way a young person sees their life.
And we believe the people in the rooms students don't yet have access to have a role to play in opening those rooms up.
A student who walks away imagining more.
That's what success looks like for us. Not a job, not a placement — a young person who leaves the day a little more sure that the future is wide open, and that they belong in it.
